Instructions for u se 10 Contr ol panel Pr ogram Selector The progr am selector determines the type of washing cycle (e.g. water level, drum movement, number of rinses, spin speed) according to the type of gar- ments being washed, and also the washing solution.

Instructions for u se 14 Running Time Display 3 The running times of the washing progr ams depend on the usual washing practice and the ambient conditions at the installation location. The washing type and quantity , the type of washing powder , the water temperatur e and the room temper ature etc.
Instructions for u se 15 What Does ” Update ” Mean? The washing progr ams of your washing machine are controlled by soft- ware. New types of textiles or new washing powders / liquids could, in the future, r equire new washing pr ograms. The software can be adapted to these in most cases.

Instructions for u se 34 The washing machine vibrates durin g opera- tion or it is on an une- ven surface. The tran sport packaging has not been remo ved. Remove transport p ackaging according to the installation and connection instructions. The height-adj ustable screw feet are not correctly set.
Instructions for u se 35 The drain pump for the washing machine runs constantly - even when the appliance is switched off. The Aqua Control anti-flood system has been activated. Turn off the tap, then remove the plug fr om the mains and inform Customer Service.

Instructions for u se 38 Carry Out an Emer gency Emptying Operation • When the washing machine no longer pumps off the washing solu- tion, an emergency emptying oper ation must be carried out. • When the washing machine is in a room wher e there is a frost risk, an emergency emptying oper ation must be carried out when there is a frost risk.
Instructions for u se 39 When all the washing solution has drained off: 6. Firmly push the plug into the emergency emptying hose and turn it tight clockwise. 7. Put the emergency emptying hose back into the holder . 8. Insert the flap into the base panel and close.

This prevents damage to your washing. 3 Setting and cancelling the progr am saving function is possible at any time during a progr am.

Setting up and connection instructions 47 Pr epare the Installation Location • The installation surface must be clean, dry and free of floor wax r esi- due and other lubricating coatings so that the unit does not slide away . Do no t use any lubricants as sliding aids.

Setting up and connection instructions 50 W ater Inflow A pressur e hose 1.5 m in length is supplied. If a longer inflow hose is requir ed, only a VDE-approved, complete set of hoses with fitted hose scr ew connections offe r ed by our Customer Service is permissible.
Setting up and connection instructions 51 Wa te r Dra i na g e The drainage hose can either be connected to a siphon or hung in a wash basin or bath tub . Only original hoses may be used for extension purposes (max. 3m on the floor and then up to 80 cm high).
Setting up and connection instructions 52 Delivery Heads over 1 m To pump off the washing / rinsing agent, every washing machine has a pump which transports liquids via the dr ainage hose up to a height of 1 m, calculated from the machine's floor .
