INTRODUCTION The HD-S23 Digital T errestrial HDTV Receiver opens up to a ne w world of free-t o-air terrestrial HD TV and SDTV programmes. The receiver can receive channels from both VHF band and UHF band TV station’ s signals.

CONNECTING TO AUDIO VIDEO DEVICES For the best video/audio quality , use the higher qualit y Y/Pb/Pr or S-V ideo cables if available. Always remember to disconnect the receiver from the power s ource, when connecting or disconnecting the cable to the UHF/VHF antenna.

INITIAL SETUP If your service provider or a ntenna installer has alread y i nstalled your T V system to receive terrestrial TV programmes, do not cha nge any connections of those devices or installation settings unless it is absolutely necessary .
