USING THE 130/230 COMPUTER n LCD Display Descr iptions TIME Display s the work out TIME. The TIME will count down from the TIME you entered when beginning the program and shows the TIME remaining for y our workout. INTERV AL TIME Display s the INTERV AL TIME.
