Pre-operation preparation 9 If the tele vision system of the camera to be con nected and the type of monito r diff er , liv e videos cannot b e monito red on the normal scre en. Chec k the specifi cations o f the equip ment to be connec ted and set the sy stem chan geo ver s witch on the rear pa nel.

Once t he init ializat ion is compl ete and the liv e screen is displa yed, the displa ye d date and time are update d.

Monitoring the camera videos 13 Displa ys the vid eos o f 16 or 9 ca mer as si multan eously . 1 Press the MUL TI button . The vide os of cam era 1 - 16 are displa yed on a mult i-16 scree n. ☞ In DSR-2108, th e only avail able multi-sc reen is multi-8 scree n.
14 Operating the PTZ dome camera P an/Tilt, Zoom/F ocus oper ation s are possib le from this uni t when a c oaxial su perimposed t ype (CO AX) camera is connecte d, or a PTZ dome c amera is conne cted u sing the RS-485 co ntrol terminal. HDD SET setting s 48 Allow s the user t o set t he stora ge period f or the recordi ng data. Once th e storag e period is e xpired the d ata is automatic ally delet ed. 1 Select "A UT O DELETE" usi ng the co ntrol b utton ( {| ) and select a s etting using th e contr ol b utton ( }~ ).
