Underneath the seat back, the bottle holder accommodates both left-handed and right-handed users.
Assembling the Exercise Bike 15 To attach the b ottle holder: 1. Position the bottle holder so that it wraps around the seat back assembly and rests o n the tab on the back of th e assembly.

Figure 5: Rear cover removal 4. Remove the three #10 x 1-inch self-tapping screws holding the left side cover in place, then pull the cover away from the body assembly.

Slide the support into position so that its screw holes line up with the corresponding holes on the body assembly, as shown in the following illustration. Note: If the support is pos itioned correctly, it rests on a metal tab in the upright support channel.

Chapter 2 Ins talling the Console Before you begin, make sure that the cables have b een fed through the mounting bracket and their ends exten d through the round opening at the base of the b racket.

Chapter 3 Maint enanc e To keep the equipment functioning properly, perform the minor maintenance tasks in this section at the intervals shown on the maintenance checklis t. Failure to maintain the equipment as described in this section could void the Precor Limited Warranty.

If you plan to move it to a new location, obtain the help of an adult assistan t and use proper lifting techniques. If the equipment includes roller wheels on one end, use the wheels to reduce the load on yourself and your assistant.
Chapter 4 Self-Po w er ed Featur es Important: This chapter of the manual describes Precor fitness equipment that can operate without being connected to AC power. This includes units equipped with P40 or P20 consoles. However, P80 consoles must be connected to AC power through their power supplies to operate.
30 Assembling and Maintaining the RBK 815 Recumbent Exercise Bike Informational Displays Prior to Shutdown The equipment saves its battery charge by moving into a shutdown mode. If the user does not maintain the minimum rate of motion, a 30-second shutdown process begins.
Self-Powered Features 31 Using the Optional Power Adapter After connecting the power adap ter to the equipment, plug the opposite end into the appropriate power source (120 V or 240 V). CAUTION: When the optional powe r adapter is in use, make sure that the power supply cord does not create a safety hazard.

Workout Options 37 Changing Programs in Mid-session You can change programs in the middle of a session by selecting a new program from the PROGRAMS key menu and pressing OK. All accumulated stat istics are transferred to the new program as you continue exercising.
