While your heart rate remains within these zones, the corresponding lights b link and provide a visual cue. The calculation used to determine your maximum aerobic heart rate is (220 minus your age).

The calorie ca lculation is derived from the pedaling speed, resistance, and your weight. An accur ate weight entry results in a more accurate calorie count.

During an exercise session, the center display becomes a message bar showing additional information depending on user selections and program interludes.

W hen you exceed 60 minutes during a single workout, the TI M E E LAPSE D display converts to hours and minutes.

Changing the user name resets workout goal, weight, age, and gender preferences to the original factory defaults.

Slow your pedaling when you complete the cool-down period. The workout summary shows your cumulative workout statistics including w arm-up and cool-down periods.
