In single mode a unit will play a single track and jump to the next unit. If the next unit is in continuous mode, that unit will play all tracks and jump back to next unit, and so on.

STOPPING PLA YBACK Stopping playback will stop the drive mechanism allowing you to safely remove the CD from the transport drive. Pr essing the STOP BUTTON (1) during any function will immediately stop the unit.
BASIC OPERA TIONS (CONT .) 8. SCANNING (F AST FORW ARD / F AST REVERSE) This function gives you a fast search through a disk or track. For faster scanning speeds hold down either the FORW ARD SEARCH/ SCAN BUTTON (13) or the REVERSE SEARCH/SCAN BUTTON (12) depending on which direction you want to search.
Activating the Pitch Slider (19) : T o activate the PITCH SLIDER (19) , tur n the pitch function on. Press the PITCH BUTTON (21) to tur n on the pitch function, when the pitch function is activated the PITCH LED (22) will begin to glow .
Adjusting the Pitch Slider's Range (19) : Y ou may change the PITCH SLIDER'S (19) operating range. T o change the operating range be sure the pitch function is turned on, see figure 12 on the previous page. The pitch per centage can be changed between +/-8%, +/-12%, and +/-16%.

The IN BUTTON LED (9) and OUT BUTTON LED (16) will begin to flash indicating the LOOP has been activated.

Simply press and hold down the CUE BUTTON (6) when the unit is in cue mode and the unit will begin to playback.

The SINGLE ICON (39) should not be displayed in the LCD (3) . When both drives ar e in continuous play mode, follow the directions for single track FLIP-FLOP as detailed above.
