Contro l Module Control Modul e The Control Mo dule provides the interface f or users to enter sele ctions and vie w informati on related to setup and operati on. The screen bac klight is factory set to rem ain on, even without screen activi ty. See Setup Screen 4 to set the backlight ti mer to your prefer ence.
Installation Install Optio nal Accessory Kits Optional accessory kit s are available for pur chase separately, incl uding a pressure t ransducer kit (PN 24R050), a start/s top switch kit (PN 16U72 9), and a controller kit (2 4V001 ) for a back pressure reg ulator.
Installation Cable Connect ion Order an acce ssory cable ( C) from Table 1. Connect the c able to Port 3 on the b ott om of the control module (see Fig. 2). C onnect the othe r end to the power termina l (PT) on the motor (s ee Fig. 3). Connect other cables as described i n Table 2.

Run Screens Run Screens The Run screens d isplay curre nt target val ues and performance f or a selected pump an d profile. Any alarms will displ ay in the sidebar at the right o f the screen. Screens 5–8 display a log of the last 20 alarms for the active pump.

Setup Screens Setup Screens Use the Setup scree ns to set contr ol parame ters for t he moto r. See Screen Navigat ion and Editing , page 9 ,f o r information on ho w to make selections an d enter data. Inactive fiel ds are grayed-out on a screen. Informati on displayed on the Set up screens corresponds to t he Modbus Register s.

Setup Screens Setup Screen 2 Use this scr een to set the maximu m, target, and minimum fl uid pressure f or a selected p ump and profile. In pressure mode, you will set a target fluid pressure. In flow mode, you will set a maxim um fluid pressure.
Setup Screens Setup Screen 3 Use this screen to se t your flow rate set tings for a selected pump and profile. In pressure mode, you will set a ma ximum flow rate. In flow mode, you will set a target flow rat e. In either pressure or flo w mode, a minimum flow rat e may be set if desired.
Setup Screens Setup Screen 4 Use this screen to s pecify how t he system will respond if th e pump begins to operate outside of the pressure and flow setti ngs established on Set up Screen 2 and Setup Screen 3. The operating mode (pressure or fl ow, set on Setup Screen 1 ) determine s which fields ar e active.
Setup Screens Pressure Mode Examples • Runaway Contr ol: The user may choose to set th e maximum flow to Alarm. If the flow rate exceeds the maximum en tered on Setup Scr een 3, an Alarm symbol will s how on screen and the pump will shut down. • Detect a Plu gged Filter or Pipe: The user may choose to se t the minimum flow to Deviatio n.
Setup Screens Setup Screen 5 Use this screen to set the lower pump si ze (cc) of each pump . The defa ult is blank; selec t the correct lower size, or cust om. If custom is s elected, ent er the size of the lower in cc. This screen also activates jo g mode, allo wing you to posit ion the motor /pump shaft for connecti on or disconnection.

Setup Screens Setup Screens 8 and 9 Use these screens to set up the pressur e transducers. The screens a re identical, except Screen 8 is fo r transducer 1 and Screen 9 is for tra nsducer 2. Selecting a t ransducer and a pump a ctivates cl osed loop pressure cont rol.
