METHOD 1. For the soufflŽ, press the raspberries through a fine sieve to produce 180 g of purŽe. Put this into a heavy- bottomed pan, add the lemon juice and reduce down to a thick jam, stirring from time to time and being careful not let it catch and burn.

1 Y our cooker should give y ou many y ears of trouble-free cooking if installed and operated correctly . It is impor tant that you read this section befor e you start, par ticularly if you have not used a dual fuel cooker bef ore . Impor tant! CAUTION: This appliance is for c ooking purposes only .
2 Ac cessible parts will become hot during use and will retain heat ev en after you ha ve stopped c ooking. Keep babies and children a wa y from the cook er and never w ear loose-tting or hanging clothes when using the appliance . DO NO T use a steam cleaner on your c ooker .

4 If, when y ou let go of the contr ol knob the burner goes out, then the FSD has not been bypassed. T urn the control knob to the OFF position and wait for one minut e before y ou try again, this time making sure to hold in the control knob for slightly longer .
5 The Ov ens References to ‘ left-hand’ and ‘right-hand’ ovens apply as view ed from the front of the appliance . The left-hand oven is a multi-function oven, while the right - hand oven is a fan ov en.
6 F an Assisted Oven This function operates the fan, circulating air hea ted by the elements at the top and the base of the o ven. The combination of fan and con ventional c ooking (top and base heat) makes this function ideal for cooking large items that need thor ough cooking, such as a large meat roast.
7 Operating the Ov ens Operating the Multi-function Oven The multi-function oven has two contr ols: a function selector and a temperature setting knob (F ig.2-10) . T urn the function selector control to a c ooking func tion. Fig .2-11 shows the c ontrol set f or conv ectional oven cooking.

13 Main T op Lift away pots or pans from the main top . Remov e the pan supports from the spillage area and carefully place in a sink of warm soapy water . Wipe loose debris from main t op. A v oid using any abrasiv e cleaners including cream cleaners.

15 Hotplate ignition or hotplat e burners faulty Is the power on? If not, there maybe something wrong with the po wer supply . Are the sparker (ignition electrode) or burner slots blocked by debris? Are the burner trim and caps correctly located? See the section on ‘ Cleaning ’.
16 An ov en light is not wor king The bulb has probably burnt out. Y ou can buy a replacement bulb (which is not c over ed under the warranty) from a good electrical shop. Ask f or a 15 W – 230 V lamp, FOR OVENS. It must be a special bulb, hea t resistant to 300 °C (Fig.
