ASSEMBLY 1. Using a set of small pliers, att ach a wheel clip to one side of the wheel axle. FIG. 8 2. Tighten the wheel cl ip until you hear a snap. The click sound indicates that the wheel clip is secured. FIG. 9 3. From the opposite side of the wheel clip slide one of the back wheels onto the wheel axle.
6. Slide the wheel axle into the pressure washer housing. (Note: If wheel axle does not slide easily try sliding wh eel axle through the other side of pressure washer housing or try greasing the axle.) FIG. 12 7. On the other side of the pressure washer housing pull the w heel axle all the way out.
10. Place wheel cover over wheel cap and push down to secure. FIG. 16 11. Insert rubber foot screw into rubber foot. FIG. 17 12. Screw rubber foot into pressure washer housing. Note: Only tighten unt il it feels snug. If over tighten ed the screw will cut through rubber .
14. Place handle on top of motor housi ng. FIG. 20 15. Insert handle frame on the opposite side of handle. FIG. 21 16. Screw 2 x 7/8” black screws into lower pair of handle screw holes and secure. FIG. 22 17. Insert black plastic hook into slot on handle.
18. Screw 2 x 7/8” black screws into holes on the black plastic hook and secure onto handle. FIG. 24 19. At the back of the motor housing attach the second black plastic hook to housing. Screw 2 x 7/8” black screws into holes on the black plastic hook and secure to motor housing.
OPERATION HIGH PRESSURE PIPE CONNECTION Connect the nozzl e to the gun lance by screwing it t ogether. FIG. 28 Screw the gun lance co nnector into the gun lance. FIG. 29 Screw the pressure hose with connector into the high pressure outlet on the back of the pressure washer.
CONNECTION OF THE WATER SUPPLY TO THE PRESSURE WASHER Connect the water s upply to the water i nlet on the front o f the pressure i nlet. Turn on water supply. MAINTENANCE CAUTION: Before undert aking any work on the appliance always turn power switch OFF and deta ch the plug fr om the power socket. Undertake only the maintena nce operations described in the user instructions.
