About the Product Y our LCD open-fra me touchmonitor is a 19” W XGA TFT color display with the f ollowing features: • The internal microprocessor digitally controls auto-sca nning for horizontal sca n frequencies between 31.5 KHz a nd 80 KHz, a nd vertical sca n frequencies between 56.

Power M a n age ment Syste m The monitor is equi pped with the power ma nagement function which automatically reduce s the power consumption when not in use. Power Mode Consumption O n <45W Sleep < 4 W Off <2 W W e recommend utilizing a screensaver when the touchmonitor is not in use.
C H A P T E R 4 T ROUBLESHOOTING If you are experiencing trouble with your touchmonitor , refer to the f ollowing ta ble. If the proble m persists, plea se conta ct your local dealer or our service center . A-24 User Guide A P P E N D I X A N A TIVE R ESOLUTION The native re solution of a monitor is the resolution level at which the LCD pa nel is designed to perform best. For the 1938L LCD touchmonitor, the native resolution is 1440 x 900. In almost all ca ses, screen i mages look best when viewed at their native resolution.
As a n example, a W XGA+ resolution LCD pa nel ha s 1440 pixels horizontally by 900 pixels vertically . Input video is also repre sented by the sa me terms.
