15 DEEP FAT FR YING SPECI AL FRYING NO TE: For safet y purposes when deep fat f rying, f ill the pan one third f ull of oil, DO NOT cover the pa n with a l id and DO NOT leave the p an unattend ed.
16 USES OF THE DUA L GRILL CA UTION – A CCESSIBLE PARTS M A Y BECOME HOT WHEN THE GRILL IS IN USE. CHILDREN SHOULD BE KEPT A W AY. The grill is a dual circ uit grill wh ich m eans that the f ull ar ea of th e grill can be us ed, or f or econ om y purposes, th e centre sec tion o nly can be used when c ooking s maller quant ities of food.

Brus h le an meats and fish lightl y with a little oil or m elted but ter to k eep them m oist during cook ing.
18 USES OF THE T OP OVEN The top oven is the s maller of the two ovens . It is h eated b y elem ents in the top and bottom of the oven. It is designed f or cook ing sm aller q uantit ies of f ood. It g ives es pecial ly go od res ults if used to c ook fruit cak es, sweet or savour y flans or quic he.

20 USES OF THE FA N OVEN PREHE A TI NG The fan oven quic kl y reac hes its tem perature, so it is no t usua lly nec essar y to prehea t the o ven. W ithout preheati ng, however, you may find you need t o add an ex tra 5 –10 m inutes on th e recom mended c ooking t im es.
