USER TIP: Holding th e battery cover do wnward allows it to fall easily from the back of the phone without being pulled.

17 SIM Card SIM Card Your ph one comes with a bu ilt-in level of security protection throug h the use o f the SIM (Sub scriber Identity Modul e) card. The SIM card stores all your Phoneb ook info rmation a nd your Ne xtel acc ount ide ntification informatio n.

19 SIM Card Enterin g the PIN If you enter an incorrect PIN, the message SIM PIN incorr ect: Try again appears on yo ur phone’s screen. A fter three consecut ive incorrect attemp ts, the SIM ca rd is bloc ked. Once blocke d, the ph one w ill not a llow you to ent er your PIN again, ev en after powering the ph one off and back on .
