This chapter contains information about the VS1MD drive, including how to identify the drive.

Usi ng t he Key p ad 6-7 The first p a rameter of each group, with the excep tion of the “Display Group”, is a special parameter called a “Jump Code”. The param e ter can be used to jump to a specific parameter within a group wi thout having to scroll through the p arameters using th e up an d do wn a r rows.

All other param eters (with a few exc eptions) c an be m odified b y the u ser .
