GB 3 1. THE NEW WA SHING SYSTEM This new washing machine is the outcome of years of research. The leading-edge design and the quality of the prod uction processe s used to manufacture this product en sure it will give you many years of excellent service.

GB 5 Do not wash petr ol-soaked garm ents in t he washing m achine. Mak e sure there are no inflamm able items ( e.g.: lighters, m atches, etc.) in pock ets before washing. GB 8 3.3 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION 1. Check t hat inlet pressure lies b etween the f ollowing values: 50-900kPa . For hi gher pressures, install a pressure reducer. 2. Connect the col d water inlet hose ( light blue ring nut) to the cold water tap with a ¾ gas thread, taking care t o screw it firmly into place in order to prevent l eaks.

GB 13 5. WASH ING I NSTRUC TIONS 5.1 PREPA RING THE WASHING 1. Separate the washing according to the type and c olourfastness of the fabrics. 2. W ash whites and c oloureds sepa rately. W ash new c oloured garments separately for the f irst time. A label is normally applied to ga rments giving information on how to cl ean them.

GB 15 5.6 DOSING POWDER DETERGENT S Normally dirty washing 1. Choose a programme without prewash. 2. Pour the total quantity of detergent indica ted on the packs into compartment “2” of the detergent tray. Ver y dirty washin g 1. Choose a programme with prewash.
GB 16 Display information W hen the m achine is s witched on, the display visualises the duration (hours/minutes) and maximum spin speed envisaged for the pro gramme. These t wo param eters are displayed alternativel y fo r 3 seconds eac h, togeth er with their relative LED's, until the selected programme starts.

CLEANING A ND M A INTENANCE Important – Before cleaning or servicing the machine, remove the plug from the socket. 6.1 EXTERNA L CLE A NING • Regular and constant cleaning will keep your appliance looking like new. • Clean the outer surfaces with soap and water and then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
GB 20 3. Pull out the drain hose “A”. Attention: if the hose is hot it means the water is hot or boiling. Place a tray on the floor and remove the plug “B” to drain the water. Depending on the quantity of water, it may be necessary to em pty the tray several times.
