Chapter 2 7 CMOS Setup Utility CMOS setup is a hardware configurat ion program built into the system ROM, called the complementary meta l- oxide semiconductor (CMOS) Setup Utility . Since mo st systems are already properly configured and optimized, there is no need to run this utility .
