In order to provide you with the highest level of security to your vehicle, this system is equipped with selectable manual override circuitry . It is possible that you will need to override you security system if the transmitter becomes lost, or inoperative due to battery failure.

The alarm system will stop sounding and enter the (bypassed) mode. Y ou can now start and operate the vehicle normally .

128-7863 12 of 20 Page 12 NOTE: The feature that has been added to channel 3 will always be activated using the same transmitter button that remotely starts the vehicle. There is no way to move the channel 3 function to a different transmitter button.

128-7863 14 of 20 Page 14 When the Panic Mode has been activated and the system is armed the vehicle's lights will flash, the siren and lock icon will be displayed on the LCD screen and the siren will beep.

When the vehicle is armed, and the hood or trunk, is opened or ajar , the transmitter will chirp 3 times, the lights will flash, and the display will indicate a hood or trunk trigger as shown on the previous page.
128-7863 16 of 20 Page 16 ADDITIONAL REMOTE FEA TURES: The two way remote control unit allows you to access status information from the vehicle, check temperature, light the display , toggle the transmitter from beep tones to vibrate mode, initiate daily start timer , and temperature start.
