3 2 OPERA TING THE CLEANER 2-1 PO WER CORD 2-2 PO WER CONTROL (INFRARED CONTR OL) HANDLE CONTROL 1. V acuum cleaner ON/OFF Press the ON/OFF button to oper ate the vacuum cleaner . Press again to stop the v acuum cleaner . 2. V acuum cleaner MODE (+/-) Press the MODE button repeatedly to select the correct mode.
A CCESSOR Y Push the accessory on to the end of the hose han- dle. Pull out and turn the dust- ing brush for cleaning deli- cate areas. T o use the upholster y tool, push the accessory on to the end of the hose handle in the opposite direction. ELBO W EXTENDING TUBE (OPTION) 1.
5 For impro ved pic k- up of pet hair and fibre on carpets OPTION 1 2 3 4 Remov e dust inside the brush housing using a dry duster or crevice tool. 5 Inser t brushbar into rotating belt and assemble . 6 Click the tr ansparent screen cov er back into place to reassemble .
6 Throw a wa y dust in the bin. Close the dust bin cov er . Bef ore use, push the dust bin into the main body of the vac- uum cleaner until you hear the "click" sound. Once dust reaches the dust full mark, or once the filter check light is on, empty the dust bin.
7 4 CLEANING THE DUST P ACK 4-1. WHEN T O CLEAN THE DUST P A CK Suction is significantly weakened during cleaning. Shaking sound of inlet stuck to the floor (soft mats, blank ets, etc.) is heard. T urn the vacuum power to 'MAX' If the filter check indicator turns red with the inlet floating 10 cm above flat floor , clean it.

9 6 CLEANING THE OUTLET FIL TER CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK T ake out both the dust bin and the dust pack. Lift the handle. Hold the handle of the outlet filter and lift to remov e.
PROBLEM CA USE REMED Y 0 - IF Y OU HA VE A PROBLEM Motor does not star t. No power supply . Thermal cut-out. Check cab le, plug and soc ket. Leav e to cool. Suction f orce is gradually decreasing. Nozzle, suction hose or tube is bloc ked. Check f or b lockage and remov e it.
