Befor e you begin 8 Dear RCA customer , Thank you f or purchasing the RCA Wi-F i Internet Radio. This product will let you listen to Slacker™ Radio , Internet Radio, AM/F M tuner , weather for ecast and music stored in the internal memory or a USB device.
9 Befor e you begin 2. Setup your RCA Infinite Radio accounts T o simplify setup on the radio please complete these steps: 1. F ind the Setup Information Card that contains y our radio ’ s MAC addr ess number (MA C: 00-00-00-00-00-00) and activation PIN # (PIN: 0000).
5. Optional: Connect the radio using an Ethernet cable Use the Ethernet cable if you do not hav e a wireless ( Wi-F i) access point. 6. 18 Clock and alarm T o activate or deactivate the alarm clock: 1. Pr ess ALARM . 2. If alarm is off, pr ess ALARM again to activate it. • If alarm is already on, press ALARM again to deactivate it. T o turn off the alarm clock when it sounds: • Pr ess ALARM or ON/ST ANDB Y to turn off the alarm clock.
19 Slacker Radio Slacker Radio is a premium, streaming content provider partner which offers "personalization" through the use of selectable "Lov e it" and "Ban it" buttons. It also uses artist recommendation and related artists to fur ther assist discov ery of music and enjoyment of stations.
20 Slacker Radio T ag Options T wo options are available while you ar e listening to a Slacker Radio station as you press . Pr ess or to highlight an option in the T ag Options menu and then press SELECT to proceed .
21 Internet Radio With Internet radio , you can listen to music, news , sports, weather or talk radio in other countries or from your home t own. 27 Changing radio's settings T o change the radio settings: 1. Pr ess to display the Source menu . 2. Pr ess or to highlight Settings and then press SELEC T .
28 More inf ormation T roubleshooting tips The radio cannot be turned on. • Plug the AC pow er adapter securely int o the radio and a wall outlet. • Check the power outlet by plugg ing in another device. • Pr ess and hold ON/ST ANDBY for 10 seconds t o reboot the unit.
29 More inf ormation Cannot play back music files on c onnected USB device . • Make sure USB device is securely c onnected. • Digital Right Management (DRM) type music files will not be played . • The radio supports F A T12, 16 and 32 file systems only .
