C HAPTER 2: I NSTALLATION 1 Chapter 2: Installation Getting Started MasterConsole II is designed for quick, easy installati on and op eration. Follow the steps for either one-tier or two-tier configuration to be up and running within minutes: 1. Install Mast erConsole II (c onnect computers) .
2 M ASTER C ONSOLE II U SER M ANUAL One-Tier and Tw o-Tier Configurations MasterCons ole II can be c onfigured in one or two tie rs, depending on the num ber of computers you want to control. In a one-tier configuration, only computers are connected to a single MasterConsole II unit.

Using a Universal cable kit (CCPnn U), plug the 25-pin connector into one of the numbered Channels on the base Master Console II back panel.
