When you instal l this so ftware, your computer automati cally detects the W eatheradio. Ô 1. T urn on your computer and start the W indows operat ing system (Wi ndows 2000, Window s ME, Wind ows 98SE, or Window s XP).
23 Troubleshooting TROUBLESH OOTING If your Weat heradio is not worki ng as it should , these s uggestio ns might hel p you elimin ate the prob lem. I f the We atherad io still d oes n ot opera te properly , take it to your loc al RadioSh ack store for assista nce.
24 Troubleshooting No weather broadcas t when you press WEA THER . Make sure the telescoping antenna is fully extended. See “Using the Built-In A ntenna” on Page 10. Make sure the Weatheradio is set t o the NOAA channel that is being broadcast in your area.
