Switching Sound and Recor ding Devices T o switch bet ween the sound and recor ding device from the Phoebus con trol box and FIO audio jack: 1. Right-click on the volume icon on the System T ray and click Playback de vices . 2. Click the Recording or Playback tab and right-click on the audio device.
Connecting multiple external display s Y our desktop PC may come with VGA, HDMI, or DVI ports and allows you to connect multiple external displays. When connecting the monitor to the discrete gr aphics card, the Eco Ener gy Mode is disabled. Setting up multiple displays When using multiple monitors, y ou are allowed t o set display modes.

Connecting via a local area network (LAN) T o connect via a LAN: 1. Connect one end of an RJ-45 cable to the LAN (RJ-45) port on the rear panel of your computer and the other end to your LAN. 2. T urn on your computer . 3. Congure the necessary Internet connection settings.
Conguring a dynamic IP/PPP oE network connection T o congure a dynamic IP/PPPoE netw ork connection: 1. Fr om the Start screen, click Desktop to launch the Desktop mode. 2. Fr om the Windows ® taskbar , right-click the network icon and click Open Network and Sharing Cent er .
6. Click Obtain an IP address automatically and click OK . Continue to the next steps if you ar e using PPPoE connection. 8. Select Connect to the Internet and click Nex t . 7. Return to the Network and Sharing Cent er and then click Set up a new connection or network .
9. Select Broadband (PPPoE) and click Nex t . 10. Enter your U ser name and, P assword , and Connection name. Click Connect . 11. Click Close to nish the conguration. 12. Click the network icon in the taskbar and click the connection you just created.
W i-Fi connection (on selected models only) Connect your computer to the Internet thr ough a wireless connection. T o establish a wireless connection, you need to connect to a wireless access poin t (AP).
