Please keep in mind the following FOR YOUR SAFETY . OPERATION 1. Your gas grill requires reasonable care during operation.
LP CYLINDER FI LLING AND EXCHANGE Some areas only allow you to exchange your empty cylinder for a replacement that is alr eady full. Other areas allow you to refill your cylinder. If you are in an area where you c an refill y our cylinder: 1. Use only a licensed dealer.
TRANSPORTATION AND STO RAGE 1. Always use the Safety Cap wh en transporting or st orin g your cylinder. 2. Do not store in a building, garage, or other enclosed area . 3. Always store your cylinder out side. 4. Store out of reach of childr en. 5. Always transpor t in an upright position.
LEAK TESTING THE REGULATOR, VALVES, HOSES, AND CONNECTIONS 1. Ensure the LP cy linder valve and all burners are “Off”. 2. Ensure the LP cylin d e r is conne cted to th e reg ul ator. 3. If the information in1 & 2 is not followed ex actly, a fire causing death or serious injur y may occur.
Grill Operations LIGHT ING Always visually inspect your gril l before lighti ng. Replace any hoses that are fr ayed or cracked b efore light ing your grill. Look for anything that may be blocking sp aces for ventilation and remove. After lighti ng, always check the flame to ensure you have a good flame all along each burner.
LIGHTING THE MAIN BURNERS USING ELE CTRO NIC IGNITIO N 1. Open the lid. 2. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the “Off” position. 3. Turn on the LP gas by turning the hand wheel on the cy li nder valve. 4. Turn one burner control knob marked with an igniter flame “ ” to “High”.
TURNING OFF YOUR GRILL 1. Turn off the gas supply at the LP tank by turning the valve clockwise. 2. Turn all burner control knobs to the “Off” position. Cleaning Your Grill STAINLESS STEEL – clean with multi purpose low abrasive non-phosphorou s metal or stainless steel polish and a soft cloth.
