The preset code is 12345. Change t he code, and keep the new code confidential and in a safe place separate fr om yo ur phone.

You may receive the settings directly as a configuration mess age, and you need to save the settings on your phone.

When you write text, a ppears at th e top of the display, indicating the predictive text input, an d appears, indicating the traditional text input.

To set different language for writing text and for the texts shown on the display, press Menu , and select Settings , Phone settings , and Language settings . ■ Using predictive text input The predictive text input is based on a built-in dictionary to which you can also add new words.

Most of the menu functions are pr ovided with a brief help text. To view the help text, scroll to the menu function that you want and wait for 15 seconds.

The blinking indicates that the message memory is full. Before you can receive new messages, delete some of your old messages in the Inbox folder.
