To release the UIM card holder , slide the card holder backwards (4) and open it by lifting (5). Insert the UIM card into the UIM card holder (6) so that the card’s bevelled corner points to the camera lens.

To remove the front cover , gently pull the top of the cover from the phone (1) and lift the cover . 3. Remove the old cut-out cover from the back cover and the old cut-out cover and keymat from the front cover .

Adjust the volume • To increase the volume of a call, press the Scroll right key . • To decrease the volume of a call, press the Scroll left key . • When adjusting the volume, a bar chart appears in the display indicating the volume level.

It is much faster the standard mode method, because for each letter , you only press the corresponding key on your keypad once.

The amount of numbers and text entries that you can save may vary , depending on length and the total number of entries in the contacts list.

Listen to your voice messages Once you have setup voice mail, you can dial the number in one of four ways: • Dial the number using the keypad. • Press and hold the 1 key . • Press Listen if there is a notification message in the display .

If your wireless service providers supports this feature, then you can restrict the calls your phone can make and receive.

Once the lock code has been accepted, your phone functions normally . Important: Call not allowed is displayed if you attempt to place a call while phone is locked.

Security code Note: Avoid using codes similar to emergency numbers such as 9 1 1 to prevent accidental dialling of the emergency number . The security code controls access to features such as the security level and is supplied with the phone.

C a m e r a ( M e n u 7 ) With the phone’s built-in camera, you can take a photo and save the photo to the Gallery menu or attach the photo to an entry in your contacts list. The camera lens is on the back of the phone, and the display of the phone works as a viewfinder .

When the phone finds the voice tag, Found: appears, and the phone automatically dials the number . If the phone does not locate a number or recognize the voice tag, No match found appears.
