3 PRECAUTIONS When using the grill, do not touch the grill rack , burner grate or immediate surroundings as these areas become extremely hot and could cau se burns. Use only dry potholders. M oist or dam p potholders on hot surfaces may cause burns fr om steam .

5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ THE INSTRU CTIONS C AREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP . Attention: Please lock the caster during the process of installation of the grill. TOOLS REQUIRED: Philips head screwdriver (no t provide), Crescent wrenc h (not provi de) Step 1: .
6 Step 3 : Assemble the back panel to the two side panels with four (4) 1/4 x 12mm screws as shown figure below. Step 4 : Assemble the cart flame to the front side of the side panel with four (4) 1/4 x 38mm screws.
7 Step5 : Remove the head unit of grill fr om carton. Insert the upper portion of the grill onto the cart from the top with four (4)1/4 x 12mm screws. Caution!! The firebox is heavy, and we recommend two or more people to lift up firebox. Step 6: 1 . Place flame tamers (3) on to the fire box as show figure below.
8 Step 7 : .Use four (4)1/4 x 12mm screws to in stall the rear pan el as show below. Step8 : Assemble side burner with (8) 1/4 x 12mm screws as figure show below. Connect the condiment tray and sid e shelf with two screws. The two scre ws have been fitted in side shelf.
9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Side burner valve assembly: Step 1: Insert valve assembly through si de Step 2: Remove 4(four) screws & washers panel from the “U” brackets on the side burner Step 3: I.
10 Step 9: First assemble the door handle to the door with the screw which packaged in the condiment rack then assemble the two front doors to th e grill with two (2) double ended screws.
11 Step 11: Screw in the tank retention sc rew as the picture shown below..
12 How to install a gas tank Opening the front door and place gas tank into the gas tank holes. Secure the gas tank by turning the retention screw at the back of the grill clockwise until it is tight.
13 PROPANE TANK ASSEMBLY ● With hand attach propane gas tank to regulator inlet fitting by t urning the regulator clockwise until tight as shown in figure below.
14 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION MODEL 720-0230 GAS HOSE RETENTION KIT Package should include (4 pcs): Re g ulator rin g clam p with win g Mounting bolt with ring slot 1 Hex Nut and washer 1 wrench Hose Clamp Installation 1a. Insert “threaded end” mounting bolt through top middle vent 2a .
15 Your gas grill is ready to use.
16 GAS HOOK-UP Only the pressure regulator and hose a ssembly supplied with the grill should be used. Any repla cemen t pressure regulator and hose assembly must be sp ecified by the grill manufacturer. This is a propane configu red grill. Do not attempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfigured for natural gas use.
17 BEFORE TESTING Make sure that all packing m aterial is rem oved from the grill including the burn er tie-down straps. DO NOT SMOKE WHILE LEAK TESTIN G. NEVER PERFORM LEAK TEST WITH AN OPEN FLAME. Make a soap s olution of o ne part liquid detergent a nd one part water.
18 OPERATING INSTRUCTION General use of the grill an d rotisserie Each main burner is rated at 12,000 Bt u/hr. The m ain grill burners encompass the entire coo king area and are side ported to minimize blockage from falling grease and debris. Above the burners ar e stainless steel radiants (flame covers).
19 If the burner will not light after sev eral attempts t hen the burner can be match lit. If you ’ ve just attempted to light the burner with the igniter, allow 5 minutes for any accumulated gas to dissipate. Keep your face and hands as far away from the grill as possible.
20 USING THE SIDE BURNER WARNING: I MPORTANT! USIN G THE SID E BURNER : Inspect the ga s supply h ose prior to tu rning the gas “ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear or abrasion, it must be replac ed prior to use. Do not use the side burner if the odor of gas is present.
21 CARE & MAINTENANCE OF SIDE BURNER BURNER CLEANING : Clean the exter ior of the bur ner with a wire brush. Clear an y clogged burn er ports wit h a straightened paper clip. Ne ver enlarge the bu rner ports. Never use a woo den toothpic k as it m ay break off t he clog the port .
