MESSAGE TO OUR CONSUMERS Thank you for selecting our stainless steel gas grill. Because this appliance contains features w hic h may not found on other grills, we recommend that you read this entire booklet before your first use. Keep it in a handy place as it has answers to questions that may occur during future use.
PRECAUTIONS FOR YOUR SAFETY If you smell gas: 1. Shut off gas to the appliance. 2. Extinguish any open flames. 3. Open lid. 4. If odor continues, immediately call your gas supplier. WARNING Do not try to light this appliance without first reading the “LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS” section in this manual.
PRECAUTIONS Moist or damp potholde rs on hot surfaces may cause burns from steam. Do not use a towel or bulky cloth in place of potholders. Do not let potholders touch hot portions of the grill rack. Grease is flammabl e. Le t hot grease cool before attempting to handle it.
Do not use the grill for cooking excessively fatty meats or products which promote flare- ups. Do not operate the grill under unprotected combustible construction. Use only in well ventilated areas. Do not use in buildi ngs, garages, sheds, breezeways or other such enclosed areas.
SIDE SHELF ASSEMBL Y STEP 1: Use two screws and lock washers to fasten the condiment tray to the side shelf ,use two screws and lock washers to fasten the suppor t brackets to the side shelf as illu strated.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTION STEP 3: The screws used to attach the side shelves are already screwed into the side panel ( see the figure A below of the grill ).Remove the screws and flat wash ers from the both panels, also remove the 2 screws on the sides of both shelf assemblies(figure B).
STEP 4:Allow the side shelves washers & screws (removed to ste p 3 figure A) with the hol es in the side panels of the grill, tighten each s ide shelf assembly into place, als o tigh ten the screws taken from the s hel f assemblies (step 3 figure B) back into each side shelf from inside the li d of the grill’ s cooking area.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 5: Insert valve assemb ly through side Step 6: Remove 4(four) screws & washers panel from the “U ” brackets on the side burner (Side panel, r ight) Step 7: Insert valve stem assembly into burner Step 8: Insert valve stem assembly into venturi face-plate.
Step 9: Replace “U” brackets with 4(f our) Step 10: Align & start knob bezel & valve Screws( DO NOT TIGHTEN ) Screws as shown below (DO NOT and stem with 2(two) screws & washers TIGHTEN) .
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTION STEP 13: The screws used to attach the push bar are alrea dy screwed into the sides of the push bar . Remove the screws from the push bar , align with the ho les in th e side shelf, and then re-s crew into the holes on the push bar tightening it in to place.

ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTION STEP 15: The screws for rotisserie mount are already screwed into the rotisserie kit. Remove the screws and install. Assemble the rotisseri e skewer as shown in the figure below .
GAS HOOK-UP NEVER CONNECT AN UNREGULATED GAS SUPPLY LINE TO THE APPLIANCE. USE THE REGULATOR/HOSE ASSEM BLY SUPPLIED. This is a liquid propane configured grill. Do not attempt to use a natur al gas supply unless the grill has been reconfigured for natural gas use.
13 Attach propane gas tank to regulator inlet fitting by turning the regulator clockwise as shown in figure below. LP gas cylinder must be fitted with a listed overfill prevention device (OPD) PROPANE.
GAS HOOK-UP valve, hand tighten the nut clockwise to a complete stop. Do not use a wrench t o tighten. Use of a wrench may damage the quick coupling nut and result in a hazardous condition.
LEAK TESTING GAS FLOW CHECK Each grill burner is tested and adjusted at the factory prior to shipment; however, variations in the local gas supply may make it nec essary to adjust the burners. The flames of the burners should be visually checked. Flames should be blue and stable with no yellow tips, excessive noise or lifting.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL USE OF THE GRILL Each main burner is rated at 12,000 Btu/hr. The main grill burners encompass the entire cooking area and are side ported to mini mize blockage from falling grease and debris. Above the burners are stainless steel radiants (flame covers).
GRILL LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS FLAME CHARACTERISTICS Check for proper burner fla me characteristics. Each burner is adjusted prior to shipment; however, variations in the local gas supply may take minor adjustments necessary. Burner flames should be blue and sta ble with no yellow tips, excessive noise, or lifting.
LIGHTING ILLUSTRA TIONS S tep 1. Make sure the Lid is open S t e p 2 . P u s h a n d t u rn one of main or side burner knobs to HI position S tep 3. Y ou may need 3 or 4 trials to light the bu rner .
USING SIDE BURNER 20 WARNING: IMPORTANT! USING THE SIDE BURNER: Inspect the gas supply hose prior to turning the gas “ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear or abrasion, it must be replaced prior to use. Do not use the side burner if the odor of gas is present.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE 21 created as water contacts the hot grill assists the cleaning process by softening any food particles. The food particles will fall and burn. If the grill is allowed to cool before cleaning, cleaning will be more di fficult. ENSURE THAT THE GAS SUPPLY AND THE KNOBS ARE IN THE “OFF” POSITION.
TROUBLE SHOOTING PROBLEM S WHAT TO DO Grill won’t lig ht when the control knob is rotated. Check to see if LP tank is empt y . Clean wire(s) and/or el ectrode by rubbing with alcohol and clean swab. Wipe with dry cloth. Make sure the wire is conn ected t o electrode asse mbly.

GRILL RECIPE SUGGESTION TANGY SEAFOOD KABOBS 1 lb. Large shrim p, shelled & deveined ¾ lbs. sea scallops 2/3 c. chili sauce ¼ c. cider vinegar butter and spri nkled with cho pped parsley and a cr isp lettuce salad. Note: Substitute catfish, h alibut or cod for salmon.
GRILL RECIPE SUGGESTION Pound flan k steak to ¼ inch thickness or flatt en chicken breasts. Mix oil , lime juice and seasoning s in a zip lock bag. Add meat and shake bag to coat the meat. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 to 8 ho urs. Wrap tortillas in foil.
GRILL RECIPE SUGGESTION the rack and to its center, penetrate the second rib with the pointed end of the spit and push it between t he meat. Skip a couple and continue the process until the entire ra c k is accordion pleated. Fasten the second meat hook int o the rack.
