13 13 13 13 Tiling Tiling lets you enlarge and print a page in secti ons and on different sheets of paper. Y ou can then til e the sheets of pa per to form a large poster. Note: :: : For multiple -page document s, only the first page of the document is tiled.
14 14 14 14 Mirror Image Mirror image prints the reflected image of a page. If you use thi s feature when printing on transp arencies, the pri nted side will be face down on the projec tor. The other side can then be written on and cleaned off with out damaging the printed side.
15 15 15 15 Imaging Options You can adjus t the saturation, brightnes s, and color tone of printed images by mo ving the sli der bar on the Imaging Imaging Imaging Imaging tab. The saturation controls the relative purity of printed colors. The brightness darkens or lightens th e printed image.

19 19 19 19 maintenance tip s Maintaining th e Printer The printer does not require scheduled m aintenance. Periodic cleaning, however, enhanc es the look of the printer and keeps it in peak condition. Cleaning may also make it easier to diagnose problems.
20 20 20 20 Using and C aring for Print Cartridges When you open the pri nter’s access cover, the yellow arrow on the print cartridge crad le aligns to one of the icons near the back of the p rinter. If the Print C artridge Sta tus light flashes, open the print er’s access cover and foll ow the instructions b elow.
