5 Important Safety Information Always keep these user instructions with the appliance. 6 Child Safety • This appliance is intended for use by adults. It is dangerous to allow childr en to use it or play with it. • Childr en should be kept away while the ove n is working. Also, after you have switched the oven off, it remains hot for a long time.

Y ou can select any combination of cooking function, cooking temperatur e and automatic timing using the touch controls.
9 The light bar The light bar is located right above the display and can be activated/deactivated by touching the “ On/Off” contr ol . The light bar automatically switches of f when the pr ogrammed cooking times (Cooking Duration time and End of Cooking time) are reached.
10 ”On/Of f“ T ouch Control The oven must be switched on before setting cooking functions or other programmes. If you touch the control, the oven symbol appears in the display and the oven light switches itself on (Fig. 1). T o switch off the oven, touch the contr ol.

12 Before using the oven for the first time Fig. 3 Fig. 4 T o open the oven door , always hold the handle in the centre (Fig. 4). Remove all packaging, both inside and outside the oven, before using the oven. The oven will work only if the time of day has been set.

14 1 2 5 Cooking Functions The following list explains all the available cooking functions in sequence. 3 4 Fan Cooking - This setting allows you to roast or roast and bake simultaneously using any shelf, without flavour transference. Pre- set temperature: 175°C.
15 Programming the Oven How to set the minute minder 1 . T ouch the time function control to select the Minute Minder function. The relevant symbol will flash and “0.00” appears in the control panel (Fig. 7). 2. T ouch the “ ” control and set the desired time.
16 How to programme the Oven to switch off 1. Switch the oven on, place food in the oven, select the desired cooking function and adjust the cooking temperature, if necessary . 2. T ouch the time function control and select the Cooking Duration function.
17 How to pr ogramme the Oven to switch on and off 1. Set the Cooking Duration as described in the relevant section. 2. T ouch the time function contr ol until the function for the end of the cooking time is selected and the corresponding symbol is flashing.
18 Child Safety Function To av oid children switching on the oven accidentally, it is possible to lock the oven controls. 1. Switch the oven off by touching the control. 2. T ouch the contr ols and “ ” at the same time for about 3 seconds. An acoustic signal will be emitted and the indication “SAFE” will appear in the display (Fig.
19 Fast Heat Up Function (Booster) After a cooking function has been selected and the temperature has been set, the oven cavity will gradually heat up until the desired temperature is reached. This will take from 10 to 15 minutes, depending on selected function and temperature.
20 Residual Heat Function When a Cooking Duration time is set, the oven will automatically switch off a few minutes before the end of the programmed cooking duration to finish your dishes in the oven without further energy consumption. All current settings will be displayed until the Cooking Duration time is over.
21 Beep on control Y ou can set the oven so that it beeps each time a control is touched. This function can only be activated when the oven is switched off. 1. Touch the controls and “ ” at the same time for about 3 seconds. The alarm signal beeps once (Fig.

23 Practical Tips Fan Cooking H H H H Here heat transfer is ef fected by hot air , which is set in motion by the fan wheel in the back wall of the oven (forced convection). This distributes the heat quickly and evenly thr ough the oven. As a result several dishes can be cooked at the same time on different levels (Fig.
24 A little water in the roasting tray makes cleaning easier . Insert the roasting tray into the first side rails fr om the bottom. The oven door must r emain closed during every baking, roasting or grilling process. While the oven is operating, the oven light r emains switched on.

27 Before cleaning switch the oven of f and let it cool down. The appliance must not be cleaned with a superheated steam cleaner or a steam jet cleaner . Important: Before carrying out any cleaning operation, the appliance must be disconnected from the power supply .
28 Cleaning the oven door These instructions refer to the o ven door as supplied by the manufacturer . If the oven door has been r eversed on your request or due to the requir ements of the installation, the use of right/left must also be transferr ed to the other side.

30 T elescopic pull-out rails The side rails with telescopic pull-out rails can be completely removed for cleaning. Removal T ake hold of the side rails on one side of the oven and undo the knurled nut at the front. Lift the side rails at the back in or der to un- hook them (Fig.
31 Replacing the Oven Light Bulb If the oven bulb needs replacing, the new bulb must have the following specifications: - Electric power: 25 W , - V oltage: 230 v (50 Hz), - Resistant to temperatures of 300 °C, - Connection type: E14. These replacement bulbs can be purchased from your dealer .
32 Special Grease Filter Make sure that the power supply is switched off before this action is performed. When roasting, the special grease filter (see Fig. 31) must be inserted to minimise the contamination of the fan wheel in the back wall of the oven.
