EN1 Y OUR SAFETY AND THA T OF O THERS IS P AR AMOUNT This manual and the appliance itself provide important saf ety warnings, to be read and observed at all times.
EN2 - Do not touch the appliance with an y wet par t of the body and do not operate it when baref oot. - This appliance is designed solely f or use as a domestic appliance for cook ing f ood.
EN3 - O v erheated oils and fats catch fir e easily . Alway s remain vigilan t when cooking foods rich in fat and oil. - Never lea ve the appliance unattended during f ood dr ying . - If alcoholic beverages ar e used when cook ing f oods (e.g . rum, cognac, wine), r emember that a lcohol e vaporates at h igh temperatures .
EN4 After unpacking the oven, make sure that it has not been damaged duri ng transport and that the oven door closes properly. In the event of problems, contact the dealer or your nearest Af ter-sales Service. To prevent any damage, only remove the oven from its polystyrene fo am base at the time of installation.
EN5 GENERAL RECO MMENDA TIONS Bef ore use : - Remove protective card board pieces , pr otective film and adhesive labels from ac cessories, induction plate and cooking vessel. - Remove the ac cessories from the ov en. Position the induction plate at the third lev el and plug it in.
EN6 Energy sa ving - Only pre -heat the ov en if specif ied in the cook ing table or your recipe . Induc tion functions do not require pr e -heating. - When cooking using induction mode, use the supplied cooking vessel which is designed to maximize energy saving .
EN7 Ov en e xte rio r IMPORTANT: do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents. If any of these products accidentally comes into contact with the appliance, clea n immediately with a da mp Microfibre cloth. • Clean the sur faces w ith a damp Micr ofibr e cloth.
EN8 T o refit the do or: 1. Inser t the hinges in their seats. 2. Open the door fully . 3. Lo wer the two catches . 4. Close the door . REMOVING THE SIDE GRILLES The accessory-holder grilles are eq uipped with two fixing screws (fig. 1) for op timum stability.
EN9 REPLA CING THE O VEN LAMP To replace the rear lamp (if present): 1. Disconnect the ov en from the po wer supply . 2. Unscrew the lamp cov er (F ig. 7), replace the lamp (see note for lamp type) and scr ew the lamp cover back on. 3. Reconnect the oven to the power supply .
EN16 FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION, SEE THE PARAGRAPH ON INSTALLATION The induction oven is equipped with an electrical socket on the rear wall of the oven to supply power to the heating element inside the in duction plate when plugged in. The induction plate is des igned to work together wi th the induction cooking vessel supplied with the oven.
EN17 A C CESSORIES NOT SUPPLIED Other accessories can be purchased separately from the Af ter-sales Service. INSERTING WIRE SHEL VES AND OT HER A C CESSORIES IN THE OVEN WIRE SHEL VES AND O THER AC CESSORIES: The wire shelf and other accessories are provided with a locking mechan ism to prevent their accidental removal.

EN17 How to r ead the cooking table The table indicates the best function to use for any given food, to be c ooked on one or more shelves at the same time. Cooking times start from the moment food is placed in the oven, exc luding pre-heating (where required).
