Operating Instructions 9 Oven Featur es Shelf Positions There ar e side rails on both sides of the oven, each of these has 6 shelf positions. Please note that the shelf positions are counted fr om top to bottom . Anti-Tip Device All slide-in parts are fitted with an anti-tip device to pr event them being unintentionally pulled all the way out.
Operating Instructions 10 Oven accessories The oven is provided with the following accessories: Wire shelf For ovenware, cake tins, roasts and grilled items Universal sheet For moist cakes, juicy roas.
Operating Instructions 11 Oven Functions The following functions are available for the oven: U Fan C o ok i ng Fan cooking is particularly suited to baking on several levels at th e same time. Oven temperatur es are gener ally 20-40 ° C lower than for conventional heat.
Operating Instructions 12 Befor e using for the first time Setting/ Changing the Time The time display will flash after the electrical supply is connected. Y ou must then first set the time. If the time has not been set, the oven cannot be switched on.

Operating Instructions 14 Oper ating the Oven Inserting the Shelf and Universal Sheet All slide-in parts have a small protrusion on the right and left. This protrusion is an anti-tip device and must point down- wards. Inserting a Shelf 0 Insert the shelf such that the two guide rails point upwar ds.
Operating Instructions 15 Attaching/r emoving the grill pan handle The handle is particularly useful for easy removal of the grill pan and tray out of the hot oven. Attaching the handle 0 Insert the handle at an angle from above into the r ecesses on the grill pan (1), raise it slightly then lower it (2), until it engages audibly .
Operating Instructions 16 Switching the Oven On and Off 0 1. T o use, press the “ Oven Function s ” and “ Tem p e rat u re Se l ec t or ” knobs to rel e a s e t h e m . The control knobs then protrude. 2. Set the r equir ed function by turning the “ Oven Function ” contr ol knob .
Operating Instructions 17 Using the Automatic Function There ar e two ways of using the automatic function: • Automatic Switch Off : When you have the oven switched on and simply do not want to forget to switch it off at the right time, you can use the clock to set either the duration or the end of the cooking time.
