REP AIRS REPLACING THE POWER SUPPL Y CABLE ■ Unhook the terminal boar d cover by inserting a screwdriver into the two hooks “A” (fig. 2). ■ Open the cable gland by unscr ewing screw “F” (fig. 3), unscr ew the terminal scr ews and remove the cable.

FITTING THE OVEN INTO A BASE The space available should be of the dimensions shown in the figur e 6. 11 OVEN DOOR LOWER TRIM AIR FLOW IMPORT ANT : Please take extra car e not to damage the lower trim of the oven. Ensur e the oven sits on wooden blocks or similar supports when it is removed fr om the carton as shown in above diagram. This will pr event any damage to the lower trim.

15 TRADITIONAL CONVECTION COOKING The upper and lower heating elements come on. The heat being dispersed by natural convection. The temperatur e range must be set between 50 ° C and 250 ° C using the thermostat. The oven must be pr eheated before cooking.
DEFROST Only the oven fan comes on. Use with the thermostat knob set to “” - other tem- peratur e have no effect. The food is thawed by ventilation without heating. Ideal for: Quick thawing of fr ozen foods; one kg requir es appr oximately 1 hour .
MAINT AINING TEMPERA TURE AFTER COOKING OR SLOWL Y HEA TING FOODS The upper element, the cir cular element and the fan come on. The heat is cir culated by forced convection with gr eater intensity in the upper part. The temperatur e can be set to between 50 ° and 140 ° C via the thermostat knob.
USE OF THE GRILL Pr eheat the oven for about 5 minutes with the door closed. Intr oduce the food to be cooked, positioning the rack as close to the grill as possi- ble. The dripping pan should be placed under the rack to catch the cooking juices and fats.

OVEN LIGHT By setting the knob to this position, only the oven light comes on. It r emains on in all the cooking modes. TRADITIONAL BAKE The upper and lower heating elements come on. COOKING ADVICE Remember to keep childr en away from the appliance when you use the grill or oven, since these parts become very hot. STERILIZA TION Sterilization of foods to be pr eserved, in full and hermetically sealed jars, is done in the following way: a.
