13 91704 MAINTENANCE REGULAR BASIS (or as required) Cleaning of the ice maker is recommended on a regular basis not only for sanitary reasons , but also to maint ain the perform ance of the unit. Build-up of line and scale c an hinder ice-making produc tion rates and interf ere w ith proper dispens ing of the ice.
