Ther e ar e two r ecessed handles at the front of the base and at the back of the appliance at the top for impr oved gripping. 0 1. Grip the appliance with the r ecessed handles positioned as in the draw- ing, and tr ansport the ap pliance.
Before Use 8 1 8 20 8 5 -01 /2 9 2. Remove the transport pr otection piec es and pull off the adhesive tape. 3. W ash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water wi th a little bicarbonate of soda added (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Do not use soap or deter gent as the smell may linger .

8 1 8 20 8 5 -01 /2 13 Reversing The Door The door hinges can be changed fr om right (as supplied) to left if r equired to suit the location wh er e the appliance is installed. 1 Wa r n i n g! Unplug from the mains, befor e rever sing the door . 0 1. Open the freezer compartment door and remove the plinth to the fr ont.
Reversing The Door 14 818 20 8 5 -01/2 4. Move the hinge bracket pivot fr om the right to the left hand hole. Remove the freezer com- partment door carefully to the fr ont and place on one side. 5. Unscr ew the centre door hinge br acket. 6. Remove the fridge compartment door car efully to the front and place on one side.
Reversing The Door 8 1 8 20 8 5 -01 /2 15 9. Unscr ew the top handle bracket fr om the handle rod (1). Unscr ew the bottom handle br acket fr om the door (2). 10. Unscrew the top handle br acket fr om the door (3) and screw onto the bottom right-hand side of the door (4).

After tr ansport on its side, the appliance must be left to stand for 2 hour s befor e putting it into operation.

The COOLMATIC function is switched on by pr essing the COOLMATIC button.

To switch off, hold down both the ON/OFF buttons for appr ox. 5 seconds. This will re sult in a countdown from "3" to "1" taking place in the temperatur e display .
