68 C onserving the T oner t o E x tend the L ife of To n e r C a r t r i d g e s If you redi s tribut e the toner , you may be able t o prin t for some time un til the toner run s out. 1 Lif t the upper unit, open the toner c ov er , and then remove the t oner cartridge.
69 Maintenance and Manageme nt 1 Open the operation panel and the toner c ov er , and then remove the toner cartridge. 2 Prepare a new t oner car tridge. • St ore the prot e ctive bag. It is r equired when y ou remo ve the t oner cartridge for prin ter ma int enance or o ther purposes.
