INSTALLATION A. EXAMINE OVEN Empty the microwave oven and clean inside it with a soft, damp cloth. Check for damage such as misaligned door, damage around the door or dents inside the oven or on the exterior. If there is any damage, please do not operate the unit until it has been checked by an authorized service technician and any repairs made.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. SETTING TIME OF DAY To set the TIME OF DAY, enter the correct time of day 4:30. STEP 1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. 2. Touch CLOCK. 3. 2. HI-POWER/MULTI-POWER COOKING HI-POWER COOKING gives the highest cooking power possible with your microwave oven. It is the recommended setting for cooking foods with high moisture content or for cooking foods that need fast cooking to maintain their natural flavor and texture.
3. MULTI-STAGE COOKING MULTI-STAGE cooking allows you to set the oven in a first stage at a certain power level for a chosen time and then in a second and a third stage at a different power level for a chosen time. The cooking process can be set for three memory stages when AUTO WEIGHT DEFROST is included as the first stage.
4. DELAY START COOKING DEALY START cooking can be done by starting the cooking automatically at a preset delay time for the chosen cooking time. EXAMPLE: If you want to start at 6:30. (Current time of day is 4:30.) STEP 1. Touch CLEAR. KEY BOARD DISPLAY WINDOW REMARKS 2.
To avoid sickness and food waste when using delay start: l Do not use foods that will spoil while waiting for cooking to start, such as dishes with milk or eggs, cream soups, and cooked meats or fish. Any food that has to wait for cooking to start should be very cold or frozen before it is put in the oven.
6. AUTOMATIC DEFROST COOKING At this mode, output power is controlled automatically by the input time. During the first 10% of the input time, the output power will be 70%. During the second 40% of the input time, the output power will be 30%. And during the final 50% of the input time, the output will be 0%.
7. AUTOMATIC WEIGHT DEFROST COOKING Three defrost sequences are preset in the oven. The defrost features provide you with the best defrosting method for frozen foods. A cookbook will show you which defrost sequence is recommended for the food you are defrosting.
