8 OPERA TION A. HEA TING INSTRUCTIONS IMPORT ANT : Never press the POWER SWITCH to FR YER unless the frypot is filled with shortening. Check shortening level marker inside the frypot for proper shortening level. NOTE: The fryer is designed to be used with LIQUID SHORTENING only .
TROUBLESHOOTING OPERA TIONAL PROBLEMS NOTE: The fryer has two independent burner systems, whose only common components are in the control system (CONTROLLER, TEMPERA TURE PROBE and HI-LIMIT THERMOST A T).
