5 GB Hooking Up the Components Required cords Before you get started • Turn off the power to all components before making any connections. • Do not connect the AC power cord until all of the connections are completed. • Be sure to make connections firmly to avoid hum and noise.

11 GB Hooking Up and Setting Up the Speaker System Notes • Connect the long speaker connecting cords to the surround speaker terminals and the short speaker connecting cords to the front and center speaker terminals. • Twist the stripped ends of the speaker cords about 10 mm.
