18 Connecting the Projector Connectin g the Pr ojector When you connect the projector , make sure to: • T urn off all equipm ent befor e making any connect ions. • Use the proper c ables for each con nection. • Insert the cabl e plugs firmly; loo se connect ions may increase noise and redu ce perfor mance o f pictur e si gnals.

42 Cleaning the Air Filter Cleaning th e Air Filter The air f ilter should be cleaned whenev er you replace the lamp. Remove th e air f ilter , and then remove the dust with a vacuum cleaner .
