Its purpose, aside from recom mending oper ating and routine servic e requirements , is to promote safety through the use of accepted operating practic es.
6 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 PRE-STA RT CHECK LIST Make the following c hecks and per form the service required bef ore each start-up. 2.1.1. Check guards, deflectors, gr ass bag, adapter and covers to mak e sure all are in plac e and securely tightened.

Refer to Section “ Starting & Operation”. 3. Move wheel drive control agains t handle to engage wheel drive and propel m ower forward.

9 Section 3 – MA INTENA NCE 3.1 INTRODUCT ION To retain the quality of the m ower, use genuine SNAPPER replacem ent parts only. Contact a local SNAPPER dealer for parts and service assistanc e. For the cor rect part or inform ation for a particular mower, always mention m odel and serial num ber.
