Take care to screw the hose firmly into place with y our hands and then complete by tightening about ¼ of a turn with pli ers.

User instructions Before starting a washing pro gram make sure that: • The water su pply tap i s open. • The correct amount of detergent has b een add ed to the dispenser . • The baskets have b een correctl y loaded. • The spray arm s are able t o rotate freely and w ithout obstruct ion.

As lo ng as th e door is op en, the PROGRAMS lights ( 4 ) and PHASES/PROGRAM lights ( 6 ) will re main off. SELECTION PROGRAM The progra m selectio n is poss ible through the rel ative button s (2) .

User instructions ANNULLING A PROGRAM To annul the pr ogram i n progress, it m ust first be interrupt ed (see “ I NTERRUPTION OF A PROGRAM ”). Now press bu ttons P1 + P2 simulta neously an d the first th ree program lights w ill co me on.

User instructions ADJUSTING THE RINSE AID DISPENSER SETTING The dishw asher is fa ctory set for me dium water har dness. How ever it possible to change the settin g by turning the di spenser’s sel ector to the desired p osition: th e amount of r inse aid dispen sed is proportio nal to the selector position.
User instructions • The market off ers liquid and powder deterge nts with differ ing chemical compositi ons, whi ch may co ntain phosphat es , or be phosphate-free but co ntain natural en zymes . - Detergents containing phosphates are more effect ive ag ainst grease and st arch at t emperatures abov e 60°C .
User instructions 4.2 General warnings and recommendations Before usi ng th e dishwa sher for t he first tim e, it is ad visab le to read the following r ecommend ations concerning dish types to be washe d and their loa ding .
User instructions Items which are not dishwasher-s afe: • Wooden dishe s, pot s or pans: t hese may be damaged by the high wash ing temperat ures. • Handcrafted items: these are r arely suita ble for washi ng in a dishwash er. The rel ativel y high water t emperatur es and the detergents us ed ma y damage th em.
User instructions 4.3 Using the bas kets The dishw asher ha s a capac ity of 9 place-settings , includ ing serving dishes. LOWER BASKET The low er basket re ceives th e full force of the l ower spray arm, and should theref ore be u sed for the “toughe st” items with a heavier degree of soiling.
User instructions CUTLERY BASKET The cutler y should be arranged in an order ly manner inside the bas ket, with the ha ndles point ing dow nwards. T ake care durin g loading to avoid injury from t he knife bl ades. The basket i s suitabl e for all types of c utlery, ex cept those lo ng enoug h to interfere with the u pper spr ay arm.
User instructions LOADING THE UPPER BASKET Load plates f acing f orward; cups, bow ls etc. must alway s be facing downw ards. The left s ide of the b asket can be loaded w ith cups and glasses on two levels. O n the rig ht plates an d saucers can be slotted verticalli into the fork s.
User instructions 5. Cleaning and maintenance Before carrying out any w ork, always disconnect the appliance from the electrical pow er supply. 5.1 General warnings and recommendations Avoid the use of aci dic or abrasiv e detergents.
User instructions CLEANING THE FILTER UNIT • The filter H should be perio dically removed and inspe cted, and if necessary , cleane d. T o remov e the fil ter, take hold of the handle and turn clo ckw ise, then lift upwards.
User instructions BEFORE STARTING THE DISHWASHER AFTER PROLO NGED DISUSE: • Check that ther e are no deposit s of sludg e or rust inside the water pipe: if there are, all ow the water t o run from the water suppl y tap for a few minut es. • Plug the power cor d back in to the socke t.
