User instructions 1. Description of the controls 1.1 Front panel All the dishwasher controls ar e grouped on the fr ont panel, w hich is of different shap e dependin g on the model.
User instructions After using the table to identify the most appropriate washing program, turn the PROGRAM SELECTION knob (1) to set the p rog ram o f ch oice by aligning the pointer w ith the progra m number. If the app liance is fitted with the se lected program indicator d isc, this will show the number of the program set.

User instructions CHANGING THE PROGRAM To chang e the program in progress the dishw asher must be switch ed off by pressing the ON/OFF key (2) . Turn the program se lector to the pro gram required and then switch the dishwash er on again by pressin g ON/OFF key (2) .
User instructions If it is nece ssary to open dishwasher d oor during the washin g cycle, there will b e a 1-minute delay before the pro gram can be resum ed. After correctly closing the d oor, the washi ng program wi ll start again from where it was interrupte d.

Installation instructions 2. Installation and hook-up Remove th e polystyrene basket reta iners. Position the applian ce in the de sired place of installat ion. The back or sides o f the di shwasher may be place d up against w alls or oth er furniture units.
Installation instructions 2.1 Water supply connec tion Preventing the risk of clogging or damage: if the water pipe is new or has not been used for a long tim e, before connecting to the water supply check that the water is cl ear and free of impurities, to prevent damage to the appliance.

User instructions 3. Operating instructions Once the di shwasher ha s been correctly installe d, prepare for use as follows: • Adjus t the water soft ening syste m; • Add the regenerating salt; • Add the rinse aid and detergent.
User instructions • Do not use table salt as it contain s insoluble substance s which, over time, m ay damage the w ater softenin g system . • When nec essary, refill t he regenerating salt container be for e starting the washi ng program .
User instructions ADDING THE RINSE AID The rinse aid helps the dishes dry faster and prevents the formatio n of scale deposits and staining; it is automat ically added to the water during the fin al rinse cyc le, from the cont ainer situated on t he inner si de of the door .
User instructions ADDING THE DETERGENT To open the de tergent disp enser cap, lightly press the button P . Add the detergent and close the cap carefully.
User instructions • The market offers liquid and pow der detergents with differing chemical compositions , which may co ntain phosphat es , or be phosphate-free but contai n natural enzym es . - Detergents containing phos phates are more ef fective ag ainst grease and st arch at temper atures above 60°C .

User instructions Items which are not dishwasher-s afe: • Wooden dishes, pots or p ans: these m ay be damaged by the high wash ing temperatures . • Handcrafted item s: these are r arely suitable for washing in a dishwash er. The relati vely high w ater temperatures and the detergent s used may damag e them.
User instructions 3.4 Using t he basket s The dishwasher ha s a capacity of 12 p lac e-se tt ing s , including serving dishes. User instructions LOWER BASKET The low er basket receiv es the full fo rce of the l ower spray arm, an d should t herefore be used f or the “toughest” ite ms with a heavier degree of soiling.
User instructions CUTLERY BASKET The cutler y should be arr anged in an orderly manner inside the bas ket, with the ha ndles pointing downw ards. Take care during loadin g to avoid injury from t he knife blade s. The basket is suitabl e for all types of cutlery, except those lo ng enough to int erfere w ith the upper spray arm.
User instructions The top bask et is fitted (on t he left) with two plastic ra cks which can be raised to make room for tall gla sses, such a s stem glasse s. On the right there are two cutlery racks d esigned to t ake kniv es and teaspoons; w hen not in us e, they can be left v ertical, attach ed to the basket.
