2 1 Safety and usage instructions THE DISHWASHER IS INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE AND MUST BE USED BY COMPETENT PERSONNEL. IT IS DESIGNED TO WASH DISHES (P LATES, CUPS, BOWLS, BAKING PANS, SILVERWARE) AND SIMILAR ITEMS FROM THE GASTRONOMY AND THE COLLECTIVE RESTAURANT INDUSTRIES.
