en 7 Before using your appliance for the first time Before you can use your appliance for the first time, you must select the language. When the appliance has been switched on, the following display is output: DE EN FR NL IT EL M OK Start – + < > The language abbreviation “DE” for “Deutsch” (German) is flashing.
en 8 Setting up the water softener In order to provide satisfactory rinsing results, the dishwasher requires soft water , i.e., containing little or no lime, otherwise water stains will be left behind on the dishes and interior containers. en 24 Interrupting the programme In order to interrupt the programme, open the door . In order to avoid water escaping, only open the door slightly first. The message “Cancel Programme” will be displayed, alternating with the message “Close the door”, the remaining programme time, the selected programme, and the current programme phase.
en 25 Maintenance and care A regular inspection and maintenance of your machine will help to prevent faults. This saves time and prevents problems. Overall condition of the machine Check washing chamber for grease and limescale deposits.
