10 Making calls with V oIP and the fixed network Making calls with V oIP and the fixed network Making an external call External calls are those that are made via the public telephone netw ork (fixed networ k) or the Interne t (V oIP). 17 SMS (text messages) Receiving/reading an SMS All received SMS messages are saved in the incoming message list. Linked SMS messages are displayed as one message. If this is too long or has not transferred complet ely , it will be split into individual messages.
