6 DIGIT AL P ANEL • The upper right par t of display sho ws the F resh F ood compar tment information. The two digit number indicates the current fridge temperature . There are 5 le vel bars that indicate the current freez er setting temperature from 34°F ~ 46 °F .

Con vertible Function • By pressing the “Arctic Select Zone” button, you can select the proper temper ature function for y our f oods.
Fresh Function • By pressing the “F resh Select Zone” button, you can select proper temper ature function for y our f oods. • It changes in the f ollowing sequence: Soft F reeze , Chill, Cool and F resh. Soft Freeze • Y ou can use “Soft F reeze” function to help keep meat and fish fresh f or longer than the F r idge.

It ma y cause a fire. Ice and water dispenser • Use a damp cloth to clean the ice and water dispenser .
16 CHANGING THE INTERIOR LIGHT INTERIOR LIGHT IN THE FRIDGE Bef ore changing the inter ior light, unplug the refrigerator from the power supply . If you ha ve difficulty with changing the light, contact y our ser vice center . W ARNING Light bulbs ma y be hot.
17 OPERA TING INSTR UCTIONS CHANGING THE INTERIOR LIGHT NO TE Push the center of the light cov er’ s upper side, and then pull down the light co ver . Change the bulb with a new one . Reattach the light cov er . First, align the rear hook of light cov er to light case, and then push the front hook.
18 W A TER FIL TER The water “Filter Indicator” light • “Filter Indicator” light lets you know when it is time to change your w ater filter car tridge. The light will change from green to orange. This tells you that it is almost time to change the current car tridge.
19 INST ALLA TION OF THE REFRIGERA T OR Check the dimensions of y our entrance door to deter mine whether the refrigerator can pass through it. • Select a location with easy access to the water supply . • Select a location with enough space f or the refr igerator .
INST ALLA TION OF THE REFRIGERA T OR LEVELLING If the front of the appliance is slightly higher than the rear , the door can be opened and closed easier . The appliance tilts down to the left. T ur n the left adjusting leg in the direction of the arrow with a flat head scre wdriver until the appliance is le vel.
21 INST ALLA TION INSTR UCTIONS ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT BETWEEN THE DOORS The doors will be uneven if the refrigerator is not level. Case 1) F reezer door is lo wer than the refrigerator door . Inser t a flat-blade scre wdriver (-) ( ➀ ) into a slot of the control lev er ( ➁ ), turn it clockwise and lev el the refrigerator .
22 ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT BETWEEN THE DOORS Making small adjustments between doors. If the door of fridge is lower than that of the freezer , 1) If you open the F resh Select Zone Door ( ➀ ), you can see the hinge-mid ( ➁ ). 2) Inser t enclosed he x wrench ( ➂ ) into the shaft ( ➃ ) of the hinge mid.

24 1) With the door closed,remov e the upper hinge cov er ( ➀ ) using a scre wdriver , and then remove the water tube b y pressing the coupler-r ing ( ➁ ) and pulling the water tube ( ➂ ) aw ay . Unscrew tw o phillips screws from the front leg cov er .

28 REMO VING THE REFRIGERA T OR DOORS How to disassemb le/assemble the Fresh Select Zone Door 4) Remov e the door carefully from the rail lifting up the door with both hands.T o allow screw( ➀ ) heads to pass through the rail holes . 3) Locate the eight phillips screws in the F resh Select Zone.

30 REA TT A CHING THE REFRIGERA T OR DOORS Reattaching the Fridge Door 1) Reattach a phillips screw ( ➀ ) and two he x head screws ( ➁ ) to the hinge. 2) Place the hole in the bottom of the door ( ➃ ) ov er the hinge ( ➂ ). 3) Inser t the upper hinge shaft ( ➄ ) into the hole ( ➅ ).
31 INST ALLA TION INSTR UCTIONS REA TT A CHING THE REFRIGERA T OR DOORS FRONT LEG CO VER Reattaching the Fr ont Leg Co ver Hold the front leg-cov er with both hands and inser t it by sliding the hooks along the guide at the bottom. Then, lift up the leg-front-cov er a little bit and snap the upper r ibs into the locking tabs .
32 CHECKING THE W A TER DISPENSER LINE 1) In order to operate the ice maker properly , water pressure of 1.4 ~ 8.5kgf/cm 2 (0.14~0.83Mpa, 19.9~120.9psi, 1.37~8.3bar) is required. In this range a 100 cc paper cup can be filled in 10 seconds . 2) The water filter removes particles.
33 INST ALLA TION INSTR UCTIONS INST ALLA TION OF THE W A TER DISPENSER LINE Connect the water line to the refrigerator . W ater line must be connected to drinkable water only . Cut off 1/4 inch of the provided plastic tubing squarely to pre vent leaks when reconnecting.
34 INST ALLA TION OF THE W A TER DISPENSER LINE - Using clip ”A”, fix the water line to the w all (the back of refrigerator). - When the water line is secure , make sure it is not e xcessively bent, pinched or squashed. Complete the installation of the water supply line .
