Before Using Y our Slow Cook er F or T he First T ime ■ Carefully unpack the Slow Cooker . ■ W ash stoneware liner and glass lid in warm, soapy water . Rinse well and dry thoroughly . ■ W ipe interior and exterior surfaces of the base unit with a soft, moist cloth to remove dust particles collected during packing and handling.

Even when switched OFF and unplugged, the Slow Cooker remains hot for some time after using.
