After th e recording setup is c ompleted, when the conferen ce starts, the RMX wil l first ca ll the pa rticipa nts in the participant lis t, and then call the configured RSS to record the conference.

7-1 7 Reser vatio ns Multiple t ypes of conference reservations can be implemented using R MX. A user can reserve a on e-time or permanen t conference, or hold rou tine conferences on a daily, weekly, or m onthly basis as ne ede d. The syste m reserves resou rces for conferences, so the co nference can be autom atically started at the pres et time.
Chapter 7 – Reservation s 7-2 Switching C alendar Modes Under the c alenda r view, t he syste m can disp lay the c alenda r by da y or by week so that u sers can fast view reservati ons at each time segm ent. By default, the Week calendar is used t o show the distributio n of reservations.
