Connect the Monitor-OUT audi o and video jacks to the audio and video inpu ts of the VCR or other equipment as shown in Figure 3-5 .

Source From the Main Menu, select Source to choose a video signal source. The active source is indicated by an arrow (> ) to its left; in this example, PC is the active source.

To adjust sharpness, select Sharpness from the Image Adjust menu and press ENTER . On your external t est pattern source , select a pattern li ke the one shown in Figure 4-5 .

You can recall this preset at a later time by simply pressing a button on the remote control or usi ng the Restore Se ttings menu command (see below).

(You cannot change the secondary window position when in side-by-side PIP mode.

Table 7-2 lists the signal types th at are compatible with the PD520, and indicates which of those are VESA standards.
