10 Installing the Thermal T ransf er Film Install the ther mal transfer film in t he pr inter . 1 Set the p ow er switch to on ( I ). • “ ” will flash on t he Multi-Copy/Error Indicator when the ther mal transfer fi lm has run out. 2 Push do wn the print er open lev e r an d open the pr inter do or .

12 Loading Cop y P aper It is pos sible to load up to 4 0 sheets of A 4 (Letter*) s ize cop y paper (assu ming a pap er weight of 80 g /m 2 ). Note that o nly A4 (Le tter*) size paper m a y b e used.

16 Replacing the Therma l T ransf er Film The uni t is capable of pro ducing about 15 more cop ies when t he Contrast/R emaining Fil m Indicator begins to flash. The uni t has r un out of the r mal transfer film and can no lo nger make copie s when the Multi-Copy/Error Indi cator flashes “ ”.

20 Screen Height Adjustment The sc reen can be adjust ed at 3 le vels except for the lowest lev e l. The lowest l e vel of th e board a ttachment frame is designe d f or ins tallation of th e screen, so the pr inter c annot be att ached at th is le vel.
